5/30/2011--I recently took my vehicle in to have routine maintenance done. I was notified by one of your service personnel that a recall needed to be done on my vehicle. I had not planned on this and needed to be to work. He insured my that he would get me out ASAP so that I could get to work on time. As promised, I was on my way quickly and on time. I was very pleased with the service I received that day and as always. The service personnel are very kind and friendly. I am always greeted by many of the service personnel and thanked upon leaving. I actually enjoy bringing my vehicle in. The type of service I received is commonplace for this dealership. I have been taking my vehicles to Sommer's for 4-5 years now and just purchased a vehicle from them about a year ago and have received nothing but the best from them. They make me feel respected and appreciated. That says a lot, coming from a female, because I have been to many dealerships and service shops. I have not had this level of respect, friendliness, and appreciation before Sommer's.
