Our service customer care manager, Cheryl Friedman, talks about what to do when your low tire pressure light (TPMS) comes on in your Subaru.

What Causes Low Tire Pressure?

The TPMS light indicates that one or more of your tires on your Subaru is low on pressure. This might be a result of a puncture or a leak, or it could just the result of a big swing in the outside temperature. For example, that first really cold night in the Fall, or the surprise winter weather in the Spring - Milwaukee area drivers know what we're talking about.

What to do if Your Subaru's TPMS Light is On?

If your TPMS light is on, we recommend first doing a walk-around visual inspection of all four tires, if one tire does not look lower than the rest, carefully drive your vehicle to Sommer's Subaru and we'll check the tire pressure and add air if needed.
